It's time to get in the driver's seat. All about delivery and collection.
What happens during delivery or collection?
Before your appointment, we will call you to confirm all the details and how to tax the new car ready for handover. We will also send you a video of the car demonstrating its controls prior to your appointment. If your car is being delivered we will notify you when the delivery driver is on their way. During the appointment, we'll complete an identity check with you, we'll confirm the condition of your part exchange is as expected and then give you all the documents for your new car.
What happens if I don't like the car when it's delivered?
If you do find something you are unhappy with at the time of collection or delivery then let us know straight away and we will outline the options available to you. All cars have a 14 day money back guarantee* For more information about our 14 day money back guarantee please see our terms
Will my car have fuel in it?
To keep our prices low and pass on those savings to you, we may provide only minimal fuel in your vehicle. This also helps with our safe storage of vehicles in our collection hubs.
What ID/proof of address is required for delivery or collection?
During your online purchase we require every customer to pass an online identity check which is supplied by a third party, Onfido.com. When you collect a car or have it delivered, we will need to see that same photo id documents you used for to complete this online check. In addition we may need to complete further checks if you are purchasing using finance including a copy of a utility bill for your home delivery address.
Do you deliver everywhere in the U.K?
We provide free delivery within mainland UK (excluding Highlands, Offshore Islands & Northern Ireland).
What days and times do you deliver?
We deliver 7 days a week including bank holidays apart from Christmas and New Year's day. Appointments are provided on a first come first served basis.
I'm not available. Can I assign a person to collect my car at a different address from my home address?
In order to ensure we deliver a car to the right person at the right address, we must make the delivery to you at the residence on your photo id. This ensures the safety or both customers and our employees.
How much does delivery cost?
When you order your car you’ll have a choice of free delivery dates and times to suit you. We also offer next day delivery with our Priority Delivery service for an additional charge. See website or ask the Sales team for more details.
Will my delivery or collection be covid safe?
We are working hard to ensure we follow the latest government advice to keep you and our team safe during any handover appointment, including document transfer and vehicle sanitisation. We will discuss any concerns or special requirements you may have during your pre-appointment call.
How do I reschedule the delivery or collection of my car?
We know sometimes things change at the last minute. Give our Customer Support team a call at least 24 hours before your delivery or collection and we can rearrange for you at a better time. See our Terms and Conditions for full details.
Do you deliver on bank holidays?
Yes, we deliver cars on all bank holidays too with exception of Christmas Day and New Year's Day - when even our drivers take a well earned rest (they're a busy bunch).
