Do you inspect cars before they are sold and how do you prepare them?

Will I get a service record with a Carzam car?
We present on our website the service record for every vehicle although this might include vehicles less than 12 months old or due their first service. We check all vehicles for any due serviceable item that is due during our preparation of the vehicle and complete any that are necessary. Most cars come with a Digital Service Record - this means there will be no hard copy documentation of Services or a Service Book.
Will the car have any scratches or dents?
When inspecting cars that we acquire we only sell cars that can meet our standard which may mean that we repaint or repair body work during our preparation. However, we may leave some smaller blemishes on the interior or exterior where we feel this is in line with what you would expect from a car of that age and mileage. You can see photos of these blemishes on our website alongside all the other photos of the car - enabling you to buy with confidence.

All cars are subject to our strict quality control and will simply be rejected and sent back if they don’t pass our high standards.
Why is there outstanding finance on an advertised car?
Some of our cars may have a Stocking Loan attached as they are on a sale/return agreement with our vendor. Once this car has been purchased, the car will automatically be cleared of any finance.
