How does the 14 day money back guarantee work?
Once you take delivery of your new car, you have 14 days to enjoy and test drive it to ensure it suits you. If you're not entirely happy with the car, you must contact our Customer Support Team within the 14 day period and we can start the exchange or return process for your refund*. *For full terms relating to the 14 day money back guarantee see our terms and conditions
I've decided to return my car - are there any charges?
If you return your car within 14 days to a collection point then there's no charge. If you want us to collect it from your home address then we will retain £200 of your refund to offset our costs. In addition to receive a full refund, you must also return the car and all documents supplied with the car and you must return the car in a condition that is in line with our Vehicle Condition Liability terms and within the outlined mileage limitations of 250 miles. What payment methods are accepted?
You can fund your purchase through a card payment in full or in combination with a finance agreement or part exchange. We accept all UK Visa and Mastercard debit cards - overseas or corporate cards are not acceptable. If you have a part exchange, the value we agree with you for your trade-in car will be deducted from the total balance payable.
When do I need to pay for my purchase?
During the purchase process, you will be presented with the payment options. If you opt to pay for the car outright, you will be navigated to a payment page where you can complete the payment using your UK debit card. If you're buying your next car with finance, you will be prompted to fill out the finance application form, and on completion, you will be presented with a payment page to place your deposit. Once you're approved, you will be notified to make payment for the deposit in line w
If I decide to return my car how do I get a refund for my road tax (road fund license)?
When your car is returned it will be 'passed to trade' by us and this will trigger an automatic refund by the DVLA to you of any full remaining months of road tax.
Once I have completed my order online, what happens next?
We'll send you an email when you complete your purchase online and our Customer Support team will call you to confirm your purchase and all of your appointment details.
